QuitSure is founded by alumni of IIT, IIM, and Stanford University. It is one of the most effective quit-smoking mobile apps in the world, having served more than 10,00,000 clients. The app delivers a 6-day program that users can follow with the help of their coach. Our mission is to get 1 million smokers smoke-free in the next one year. The Role

This role is suitable for anyone who has empathy and is driven by the desire to help people. You will be providing emotional support and motivation to our clients, while they are following the program. You will chat with them and provide guidance on how to follow the program and resolve their queries. As this is a chat-based communication, you will need good typing speed and must have excellent written communication skills.

Candidate Profile:

  • 1+ years of experience
  • Masters in Psychology
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Self-motivated
  • Good typing speed on a phone or laptop

If you have past experience in account management, counseling, content writing, client support, chat support, clinical psychology, tutoring, reputation management, etc, then you may be a good fit for this role.
