🛩 Position: FPV Drone Pilot (High-Speed | Custom Build)📍 On-Site | Thanjavur | Full-time⏳ Experience: 1+ year in FPV drone racing / freestyle / custom FPV builds⸻🎯 Role OverviewWe are looking for an expert FPV Drone Pilot with proven experience in high-speed FPV flight (300+ km/h) and precision control. The ideal candidate must be passionate about drone flying, have deep hands-on experience with custom FPV builds, and be confident flying in challenging environments.You will work with engineering teams to test and evaluate high-performance UAV systems for defense, R&D, flight testing and experimental flight missions.⸻🛠 Roles & Responsibilities • Fly and maneuver high-speed FPV drones (up to and above 300 km/h) with accuracy and control. • Assist in initial flight testing, stress testing, and experimental flight validation for new drone prototypes. • Work closely with the electronics, software, aerodynamics, and integration teams to tune the drone for maximum performance. • Perform PID tuning, VTx setup, ESC configuration, and motor tuning whenever required. • Provide flight feedback to help improve design, stability, performance, and endurance. • Ensure safety during all FPV flying activities and follow standard flight protocols. • Test and push limits of agility, speed, reflex handling, and rapid-terrain flight while maintaining full control. • Maintain and repair FPV drones—frame fixes, motor changes, prop replacement, soldering, firmware upgrades, etc. • Document flight results and report performance observations to the tech team. • Participate in outdoor field trial sessions and long-hour testing schedules when required.⸻💡 Bonus (Not Mandatory, but Advantage) • Experience with INAV / PX4 tuning • Experience participating in FPV racing competitions • Experience building custom FPV quads from scratch⸻🚫 Not a camera drone flying roleWe are NOT looking for a DJI/Mavic/Aerial photography pilot.This role is strictly for aggressive / high-speed FPV manual flying.⸻🔥 If you love FPV and you want to push boundaries — this role is for you.#Hiring #FPVPilot #DroneJobs #RacingDrone #AerospaceCareers #UAV #DroneRacing #HighSpeedFPV #YaliAerospace #MakeInIndia
