Business Development Intern

Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Business Development Intern to join our team. If you're someone who loves interacting with people, has a passion for sales, and wants to learn the ropes of business development in a fast-paced environment, this role is for you
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential leads based on target markets and ideal customer profiles.
- Generate leads through online platforms (LinkedIn, Google, industry directories, etc.).
- Maintain and update lead lists with accurate contact details and insights.
- Assist in drafting outreach emails and messages.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to build a healthy lead pipeline.
- Track and report performance metrics related to lead generation.
- Maintain CRM records and ensure data accuracy.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A proactive, self-starter attitude with a strong desire to learn.
- Comfortable with cold calling and customer interaction.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools (preferred).
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- A self-starter with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must have their Laptop for working.
