If you're passionate about solving the global talent crisis, come on board the rocketship that is TERN Join us in transforming the future of global talent mobility and making a significant impact.About the role:We are seeking a skilled German language instructor to join our team, which is dedicated to providing high-quality language education to healthcare professionals, primarily nurses. This is a high-impact role, and you will get a chance to work with a stellar team of professionals for a fast-growing international startup.Location- Pune/Bangalore/HisarTimings 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM (IST)- 6 hr teaching every weekdayIt would be preferred if the person could stay on campus (accommodation and food will be provided)Key Responsibilities:Design and deliver engaging German language courses tailored to the needs of healthcare professionals.Develop course materials, including interactive exercises, specialised vocabulary related to healthcare, and practical language usage scenarios.Conduct assessments to monitor progress and provide feedback to help students improve their language skills effectively.Organise and facilitate language practice sessions, including role-plays and simulations relevant to healthcare settings.Stay updated with the latest teaching methodologies and incorporate technology to enhance learning experiences.Provide guidance and support to students preparing for German language certification exams.Requirements:Proficient and certified in German at a C1 level or above, with excellent communication skills in both German and English. Knowledge of regional Indian languages would be a bonus.A bachelor’s degree in German, Education, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.Proven experience in teaching German, preferably with a focus on adult education or professional training.Experience in curriculum development and the ability to tailor courses to meet specific learning outcomes.Strong organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple classes simultaneously.Knowledge of the healthcare industry and medical terminology in German is an asset.
