Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Admin Manager to oversee the
administrative functions at our Trichy location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing
canteen services, transportation, housekeeping, security, customer visits, and reception. This role
requires excellent organizational skills, strong leadership, and the ability to ensure smooth day-to-day
operations within the facility
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
1. Canteen Management:
• Oversee the daily operations of the company canteen.
• Ensure the provision of quality food and services.
• Manage vendor relationships and contracts.
• Implement hygiene and safety standards.
2. Transportation Management:
• Coordinate and manage transportation services for employees.
• Optimize routes and schedules for efficiency.
• Handle any transportation-related issues and resolve them promptly.
• Maintain records of transportation usage and expenses.
3. Housekeeping Management:
• Supervise housekeeping staff to maintain a clean and hygienic work environment.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of cleaning activities.
• Ensure the availability of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Implement and monitor cleaning schedules.
4. Security Management:
• Oversee security operations to ensure the safety and security of the premises.
• Develop and enforce security policies and procedures.
• Manage security staff and coordinate with external security agencies.
• Handle security incidents and emergencies effectively.
5. Customer Visit Coordination:
• Organize and manage customer visits and tours of the facility.
• Ensure visitors have a positive and informative experience.
• Coordinate with various departments to prepare for customer visits.
• Maintain visitor records and feedback.
6. Reception Management:
• Supervise reception staff and ensure a welcoming environment for visitors.
• Manage the reception area and ensure it is well-maintained.
• Handle incoming calls, mail, and inquiries efficiently.
• Coordinate with other departments for smooth communication.
