Position: Oracle HRMSRole: Senior Software EngineerLocation: Offshore – Bangalore & ChennaiNotice Period: Immediate/15 Days/30 Days MaxExperience Level: 7+ YearsJob Description:EducationDegree, Post graduate in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent industry experience)ExperienceMinimum 7 years of development and design experience in Oracle ERP with atleast one implementation in R12.2Technically strong and functionally competent in Oracle ERP TechnologiesMinimum 3-4 Oracle ERP ImplementationsTechnical SkillsExpert in OA Framework, PL/SQL, Workflows and Report Builder and BI PublisherIntermediate skills in Oracle Forms, Shell Scripting and REST servicesBasic skills in Shell scriptingExperience in Tools like SQL Developer, Oracle Jdeveloper, Forms, Reports, Postman, GitHub, DiscovererExcellent understanding of Oracle ERP Infrastructure, Architecture and Network TopologyAbility to integrate multiple systems with ERP using various integration patterns and technologies Functional SkillsFunctionally hands on experience in HR Modules Core HRMS, Payroll, SSHR, Performance, Compensation, Oracle LearningExcellent understanding of Data ModelAbility to configure, test and support HR ModulesTroubleshoot and Resolve assigned Problem ticketsSoft SkillsAble to influence multiple teams on technical considerations, increasing their productivity and effectiveness, by sharing deep knowledge and experience.Self-motivator and self-starter, Ability to own and drive things without supervision and works collaboratively with the teams across the organization.Have excellent soft skills and interpersonal skills to interact and present the ideas to Senior and Executive management
