This role focuses on identifying and attracting top talent through innovative and collaborative techniques while ensuring a seamless and positive experience. Acting as a sourcing business partner, the Candidate Experience Partner works closely with Talent Acquisition Partners and Hiring Managers to drive an effective recruitment process. By leveraging data-driven insights, applying advanced sourcing strategies, and championing diversity and inclusion, this position plays a vital role in shaping Siemens’ future workforce. Additionally, the Candidate Experience Partner will be instrumental in positioning Siemens Energy as an employer of choice, further elevating the candidate experience.Main Responsibilities:Leverage data-driven insights by analysing sourcing and conversion data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to assess the effectiveness of recruitment efforts, optimise strategies, and enhance the overall candidate experience.Conduct intake meetings with Hiring Managers in collaboration with Talent Acquisition Partners to align on role requirements, ensuring a structured and efficient hiring process.Identify, attract, and engage top talent across all candidate sources—including internal mobility, employee referrals, direct applicants, and externally sourced talent—using innovative sourcing methods and advanced techniques like Boolean searches.Manage the entire candidate journey from application to shortlisting, ensuring a seamless process by screening and selecting suitable applicants before presenting a refined shortlist to Hiring Managers.Build and nurture a strong pipeline of potential future candidates while maintaining clear and consistent communication to provide a positive and engaging experience throughout the hiring process.Assess candidate suitability through phone screens and/or video interviews (live or on-demand), document feedback, and ensure timely follow-up with Hiring Managers to facilitate decision-making.Act as a sourcing business partner by collaborating with Talent Acquisition Partners, Hiring Managers, and key stakeholders to continuously improve talent acquisition processes, driving efficiency and innovation.Strengthen Siemens Energy’s employer brand by actively promoting diversity and inclusion, ensuring balanced and diverse candidate pools for all positions while positioning the company as an employer of choice.What are we looking for?In-depth knowledge of sourcing strategies, including Boolean search techniques, social media and professional networking platforms (e.g., ), and innovative candidate engagement practices.Minimum of 1–2 years’ recent experience supporting the Middle East region (UAE, KSA, Kuwait, Oman, and Egypt) is required.Strong understanding of labour market trends, talent availability, and industry-specific recruitment challenges to inform sourcing strategies and advise hiring managersPrior experience in sourcing candidates, conducting market research, and leveraging platforms like and other social media channels to identify and engage top talent.Excellent communication skillsProactive, able to prioritise and manage own workloadReliable and well organisedTeam player with a flexible and confident approach to workAbility to negotiate effectivelyAbility to influence people, sell ideas and concepts and gain commitmentCustomer focusedHow will you be rewarded?We offer a comprehensive remuneration and benefits package, including:Competitive salary and bonus schemeFlexible workingDefined career progressionFamily-friendly enhanced policies
