The ideal candidate has a strong sense of storytelling, a sharp visual eye, and the technical ability to edit videos for a variety of digital platforms. You will work on marketing videos, reels, brand campaigns, and other multimedia content, collaborating closely with designers, strategists, and clients.Key Responsibilities* Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, engaging videos for social media, brand campaigns, and marketing materials* Trim and sync audio/video, apply transitions, text, overlays, and visual effects* Reformat videos for various platforms (Instagram, YouTube, , etc.)* Work closely with creative leads and content strategists to align edits with brand tone and objectives* Source and organize stock footage, music, and other digital assets* Stay updated on trending video formats, styles, and platform best practices* Manage video files and projects with attention to structure and timelinesQualifications & Skills* Bachelor's degree (preferred, not mandatory) in Film, Media Studies, Communications, Design, or a related field* Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar* Basic motion graphics/animation knowledge is a plus* Experience creating short-form content (reels, shorts, stories, etc.)* A good understanding of video pacing, transitions, color grading, and audio balancing* Creative mindset with the ability to follow brand guidelines* Strong organizational skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines* A portfolio or showreel showcasing your editing work is mandatoryPerks & Benefit* Exposure to real-time digital campaigns and branding projects* Collaborative environment with opportunities to experiment and grow* Mentorship and feedback from experienced creatives* Certificate of completion and experience letter* Performance-based incentives and potential for full-time absorptionIndustry: Advertising ServicesEmployment Type: Mid-Level Atleast 1.5 years of experience
