KVALITO Life Science Consultant, Business Process Analyst

Location: Remote

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Process Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will act as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to analyze, optimize, and streamline business processes. You will play a critical role in identifying inefficiencies, gathering requirements, and implementing solutions that drive operational excellence and support organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Process Analysis and Improvement:
  2. Analyze existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
  3. Develop and document process maps, workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  4. Requirement Gathering:
  5. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into clear, actionable requirements.
  6. Document functional and non-functional requirements for new systems or process changes.
  7. Solution Design and Implementation:
  8. Work with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements or technical solutions.
  9. Recommend tools, technologies, or methodologies to enhance business operations.
  10. Stakeholder Communication:
  11. Act as a bridge between business units and technical teams, ensuring clear and effective communication.
  12. Present findings, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders at all levels.
  13. Testing and Validation:
  14. Conduct testing of new systems or processes to ensure they meet business requirements.
  15. Gather feedback from end-users and make necessary adjustments.
  16. Training and Support:
  17. Provide training and support to end-users during and after the implementation of new processes or systems.
  18. Create user guides and documentation to facilitate adoption.
  19. Performance Monitoring:
  20. Track and measure the effectiveness of implemented solutions.
  21. Continuously monitor processes and recommend further optimizations as needed.


Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Process Analyst, or in a similar role.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in process mapping tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart).
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Basic understanding of data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
  • Soft Skills:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
    Preferred Qualifications:
    • Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) or Process Improvement (e.g., Lean Six Sigma) is an advantage.
    • Prior experience in working in life science industry (pharmaceutical, medical device, biotechnology).
    • Knowledge of automation tools (e.g., UiPath, Power Automate) in a plus.
