Skill Required: P&C Insurance, Policy Administration, Policy Issuance
Job Description:
- Relevant work experience in Insurance Policy admin, Property and Casualty Insurance
- Experience in Issuing policies as per instructions provided by UWs.
- Must have worked in work types such as New Business, Renewal, Endorsement, Cancelations etc.
- Experience Interacting with UW /Clients
- Handling mails and queries
- Good communication skills verbal & written
- Practical knowledge on usage of MS Office tool
Key Responsibilities:
- Policy Life Cycle Management: Oversee the end-to-end policy administration process, including policy issuance, amendments, renewals, endorsements, and cancellations.
- Underwriter Support: Analyze and process underwriting requests, ensuring accurate application of terms, conditions, and policy changes.
- Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all policies comply with U.S. P&C regulations, maintaining detailed records of all activities.
- Endorsements and Adjustments: Process policy endorsements and amendments, ensuring accurate reflection of changes in coverage or terms.
- Financial Aspects: Manage components like copay, coinsurance, TIV, and deductibles to ensure proper billing and policy alignment.
- Risk Analysis: Identify and evaluate hazards and perils to provide detailed recommendations for coverage adjustments.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with underwriters, brokers, and internal teams to resolve policy-related queries and issues.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to process enhancements for better efficiency and accuracy in policy administration.
