About the role: We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in data exploration, visualization, and statistical analysis to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to extract actionable insights from large datasets, develop intuitive dashboards, and provide data-backed recommendations that drive strategic initiatives. Note: This position requires the candidate to be based in India, with the flexibility to work remotely. Responsibilities: Collect, clean and analyze structured and unstructured data from multiple sources. Develop reports and dashboards using tools like Tableau and Looker Studio Work with business stakeholders to identify KPIs and track performance metrics Automate recurring data workflows and reporting processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort. Translate business questions into analytical problems and deliver actionable insights and recommendations Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure data availability, quality and integrity Support and mentor junior analysts to enhance team capability and foster a collaborative learning environment. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, or Engineering. 4+ years of experience in a data analyst or similar role. Advanced Proficiency in SQL and Intermediate Proficiency in Python Intermediate/Advanced Proficiency in Tableau Experience of working with large scale datasets and data warehouses such as BigQuery, Redshift or Snowflake Ability to interpret data, identify trends and make data-driven recommendations.
