Product Designer

Role Summary:Raise is built on this core philosophy - we will bring exceptionally great products, awesome user experience and best in class customer service to our users. We have started with our first step by launching Investment & Trading platform – Dhan (www.dhan.co). Since then, we've built and scaled other products such as Upsurge, Filter Coffee and ScanX.Raise AI is a new business unit carved out to build AI-first products in financial services in India. fuzz (http://askfuzz.ai/) is our flagship product, along with a bunch of internal products used daily across Raise group of companies.Design is one of the key roles in our organisation. This is how our users will experience our products and we are obsessed with giving the best visual experience to them by shipping beautiful products across all channels - App, Web, and others included.As a Product Designer, you will own the positioning, go‑to‑market, and adoption of Raise AI assets (fuzz, Artham, News etc) and maintain a consistent brand and design identity.Expected Responsibilities:Design key flows for all Raise AI products, including fuzz.Extend and maintain a design system that works across Raise AI.Conduct user tests with real users consistently and translate findings into iterations.Partner tightly with Engineering for feasibility and implementation clarity.Own design QA to ensure shipped UI matches intent and quality bar.Who We’re Looking For:Preferably 2-3 years of relevant work experience in Product Design, UI/UX Design, or Interaction Design.Proficient in product design (UI/UX or interaction design) with demonstrated ownership of complex flows.Have had a successful track record having led mid to large scale design efforts.A strong portfolio demonstrating shipped work and end-to-end ownership is required.Certifications are optional; any credible UX/interaction design coursework is a plus.Add On:Prior work on AI products (chat/search, agentic workflows, evidence-first UX).Data visualization and finance UI familiarity (portfolios, charts, filings, news).Location: Goregaon West, MumbaiApply NowIf you believe in making great first impressions and enjoy being at the center of workplace energy, we’d love to hear from you. 📧 Send your resume to: hr@dhan.coWhy Join Raise?We’re a certified Great Place to Work, and it shows in everything we do - from how we collaborate to how we celebrate wins.
