Job Title : Oracle Retail (MFCS / RMS / ReSA / RPM) Exp: 5+ years Location : Pan India (Remote) Salary: As per market Notice Period : 0-15 days / serving Mode of Hire: Contract Must Have : (MFCS / RMS / ReSA / RPM) Summary We are seeking an experienced Oracle Retail Consultant with strong expertise in MFCS, RMS, ReSA, and RPM . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in implementing, supporting, and enhancing Oracle Retail Merchandising solutions, as well as deep functional knowledge of retail business processes such as item management, pricing, purchasing, inventory, auditing, and merchandising operations. Key Responsibilities 1. Oracle Retail Implementation & Support Lead or support end-to-end implementations of Oracle Retail MFCS, RMS, ReSA, and RPM modules. Configure merchandising foundation, item setup, hierarchies, suppliers, purchase orders, sales audit, and pricing rules. Perform system health checks, troubleshoot functional and technical issues, and provide production support. 2. Business Requirements & Solution Design Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements for merchandising, pricing, and audit processes. Translate business needs into functional/technical specifications. Design solutions aligned with Oracle Retail best practices. Conduct CRP, SIT, UAT sessions and provide user training. 3. Integration & Data Management Work with integration teams on data mappings for interfaces between Oracle Retail and external systems (ERP, POS, WMS, e-commerce). Support data conversion activities including item, supplier, cost, and price upload. Familiarity with RIB (Retail Integration Bus) and RIHA is a plus. 4. Technical (optional, include if requested) Develop or review PL/SQL, batch jobs, reports, and custom enhancements. Support debugging of integration issues, batch failures, and performance problems. Knowledge of ORCE, SIOCS, and OBIEE/OTBI reporting is an advantage. 5. Cross–Functional Coordination Coordinate with merchandising, finance, supply chain, and store operations teams. Work closely with QA, infrastructure, and project management teams to ensure timely delivery. Required Skills Core Oracle Retail Expertise Strong hands-on experience with: MFCS – Merchandise Foundation Cloud Service RMS – Retail Merchandising System ReSA – Retail Sales Audit RPM – Retail Price Management Solid understanding of retail business processes: Item/SKU setup Hierarchy management Purchasing & receiving Inventory management Sales audit & reconciliation Price events, promotions, markdowns Technical Skills (as required) SQL/PLSQL Knowledge of RIB/RIHA Cloud environments (if working with MFCS SaaS) Batch and integration troubleshooting Preferred Qualifications Oracle Retail Cloud experience (MFCS Cloud, RPM Cloud). Experience with large retail chains or global retail implementations. Oracle Retail certification (nice to have). Experience in Agile/SCRUM environments. Soft Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and client-facing skills. Ability to work independently or as part of a cross-functional team. Ability to handle multiple priorities in fast-paced retail environments. Education Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
