The ideal candidate should have contributed to at least one real, working product or live project, even if at a smaller scale, internship, or startup environment.You should be comfortable taking ownership of specific modules, integrating APIs, working with databases, and building clean, scalable UI components. Experience in understanding system flows, debugging issues, and improving performance is essential.While formal leadership experience isn't mandatory, any prior experience mentoring juniors, guiding interns, or independently handling features will be considered an advantage.
