We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced L3 Cisco ACI Engineer to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support, configuration, and optimization of our Cisco ACI infrastructure, ensuring high performance and reliability of our network services. You will work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and contributing to the continuous improvement of our network operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver expert-level support for Cisco ACI infrastructure, including in-depth troubleshooting, configuration, and optimization.
  • Engage in proactive monitoring and maintenance of ACI environments to ensure optimal performance, stability, and reliability.
  • Install, configure, and provide advanced support for Cisco Routers and Switches within the data center and enterprise network.
  • Perform firmware upgrades and patches on network equipment to ensure they are running the latest stable releases.
  • Troubleshoot and replace faulty network hardware components as required.
  • Report network status, performance metrics, and incident resolutions to key stakeholders.
  • Provide significant practical experience in troubleshooting connectivity issues across firewalls, Load Balancers, or proxy services.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge and hands-on experience in routing and switching technologies including BGP, OSPF, VPC, Multicast, RSTP, MSTP, NAT, PBR, and FHRP.
  • Possess a strong understanding of WAN technologies such as MPLS, IPSEC, GRE, VPN, and DMVPN.
  • Work effectively under high pressure in a challenging and dynamic environment.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and the wider technology community.

Technical Skills & Experience:

  • Mandatory: In-depth exposure to Cisco Nexus 9K family, including installation, commissioning, and configuration.
  • Strong knowledge of Cisco ACI is required.
  • Routing: Expert-level understanding and hands-on experience with BGP, OSPF, and Static routing.
  • Switching: Proficient in VPC, FHRP, STP, and LACP.
  • Working level understanding of MPLS .
  • Working level understanding of IPSEC, GRE, and GETVPN .
  • Good to have knowledge of Cisco SD-WAN solution (Viptela) .
