About Position:


The MDM Lead drives enterprise-wide Master Data Management efforts, ensuring data consistency, quality, and governance. This role involves leading cross-functional teams, defining data standards, and aligning MDM strategies with business objectives.

What You'll Do:


  • Lead and oversee MDM project execution across teams.
  • Partner with stakeholders to define and refine master data requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to data quality, governance, and compliance standards.
  • Manage project timelines, risks, and resource allocation.
  • Communicate progress and key updates to leadership regularly.


Expertise You'll Bring:


  • Deep knowledge of MDM principles, tools, and best practices.
  • Hands-on experience in driving data governance and quality programs.
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional leadership skills.
  • Expertise in project execution, planning, and risk mitigation.
  • Familiarity with MDM platforms like Informatica SaaS, Reltio, or similar
