Role Overview We are seeking a Hardware Design Engineer with expertise in Embedded & IoT Systems to join our dynamic R&D team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing high-performance embedded hardware solutions for mission-critical applications. If you’re passionate about pushing the boundaries of engineering and innovation, Morphedo is the place for you. Key Responsibilities - Hardware Design & Development – Design, prototype, and test embedded electronic systems for IoT, aerospace, and medical applications. - PCB Design & Layout – Develop schematics and multilayer PCBs using tools like Altium, KiCad, or OrCAD. - Embedded System Integration – Work with microcontrollers (ARM, STM32, ESP, etc.), sensors, and communication protocols (SPI, I2C, UART, CAN, etc.). - Firmware Development Support – Collaborate with firmware engineers to ensure seamless hardware-software integration.\ - Power Management & Signal Processing – Optimize power efficiency and signal integrity for embedded applications. - Testing & Validation – Conduct hardware debugging, functional testing, and compliance verification to ensure high reliability. - Documentation & Compliance – Maintain detailed design documentation and ensure regulatory compliance (ISO, MIL-STD, IEC, etc.). - Cross-functional Collaboration – Work closely with mechanical, software, and manufacturing teams to bring cutting-edge products to life. What We’re Looking For - Education: B.Tech/M.Tech in Electronics, Electrical, Embedded Systems, or a related field. - Experience: 0- 5 years in hardware design, embedded systems, and PCB development. Technical Skills: - Proficiency in hardware design tools (Altium, Eagle, OrCAD, etc.). - Strong understanding of analog/digital circuits, microcontrollers, and communication interfaces. - Experience in power management circuits, EMI/EMC considerations, and industrial IoT hardware. - Hands-on experience with debugging tools like oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and spectrum analyzers. Soft Skills: - Strong problem-solving mindset and a passion for deep-tech innovation. - Ability to work in fast-paced R&D environments. - Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
