What we're looking for:

  • A qualified lawyer in India with 5+ years' experience in corporate, commercial, or technology law.
  • Hands-on experience with due diligence, investor audits, or M&A is a big plus.
  • Familiarity with contract structuring, contract management, compliance checks, and documentation workflows.
  • Someone who's excited to blend law and technology to solve real-world problems.
  • Comfortable working remotely, managing priorities independently in a dynamic environment.

What you'll do:

  • Work with product and legal ops teams to ensure our platform reflects real-world legal needs.
  • Support client engagements with tailored gap assessments and compliance readiness reviews.
  • Support and run due diligence readiness assessments for clients across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Review and organize key documentation (contracts, IP, compliance policies) for inclusion in virtual data rooms.
  • Assist in onboarding new clients—from kickoff calls to guiding them through our platform and checklists.
  • Collaborate with our product team to train the AI engine on contract patterns, IP logic, and regulatory red flags.
  • Help refine legal content, playbooks, and audit-prep materials for clients and internal use.
