Role Overview :

We are looking for a highly skilled MDM Architect to design and implement Master Data Management solutions that drive data integrity, governance, and consistency across the organization. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in MDM platforms, data modeling, integration, and governance, ensuring the alignment of master data strategies with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

MDM Solution Design & Implementation :

- Architect, design, and implement MDM solutions using platforms like Informatica MDM, Reltio, SAP MDG, or IBM nfoSphere.

- Define data models, hierarchies, workflows, and golden record creation strategies.

- Establish match-merge, survivorship, and deduplication rules.

Data Governance & Quality :

- Develop and enforce data governance policies and best practices.

- Implement data validation, cleansing, and enrichment processes.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements like GDPR, CCPA, and HIPAA.

Integration & Architecture :

- Design data integration strategies with enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, Data Lakes, etc.).

- Define ETL/ELT processes and APIs for seamless data flow across systems.

- Work with cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP) to optimize MDM solutions in hybrid/multi-cloud Collaboration :

- Work closely with business leaders, data stewards, and IT teams to align MDM initiatives with business goals.

- Provide guidance on data ownership, stewardship, and governance frameworks.

- Lead MDM-related workshops and training for cross-functional teams.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 8+ years of experience in MDM architecture, data governance, and data management.

- Hands-on expertise with MDM tools such as Informatica MDM, Reltio, SAP MDG, TIBCO EBX, or IBM InfoSphere.

- Strong knowledge of data modeling, metadata management, and data lineage.

- Experience with ETL tools (Informatica PowerCenter, Talend, etc.) and data integration frameworks.

- Proficiency in SQL, NoSQL, APIs, and scripting languages (Python, Java, or Scala).

- Familiarity with cloud-based MDM solutions and platforms (AWS Glue, Azure Purview, GCP Data Catalog).

- Understanding of data privacy laws and compliance frameworks (GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA).

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
