With a strong presence on YouTube and social media, we are expanding our revenue team and looking for a dynamic Digital Media Ad Sales Manager.Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and result-driven Digital Media Ad Sales Manager to lead advertising revenue efforts across our digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong industry connections, a deep understanding of digital ad sales, and the ability to pitch, negotiate, and close high-value deals.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, pitch, and close ad sales deals with brands, agencies, startups, and media buyersDevelop and execute revenue strategies for YouTube, social media, branded content, and integrated campaignsManage relationships with clients and agencies to ensure repeat businessCreate customized ad packages, sponsorship decks, and solutions tailored to client needsCollaborate with editorial and production teams to deliver brand-safe, high-value campaignsTrack industry trends and generate new revenue opportunitiesAchieve monthly and quarterly sales targetsMaintain sales reports, CRM tracking, and pipeline managementRequirements2–6 years of experience in digital media ad sales, preferably in news, media, or entertainmentStrong network with brands, PR agencies, media buyers, and advertising partnersExcellent communication, negotiation, and closing skillsUnderstanding of YouTube ads, branded content, influencer marketing, and programmatic basicsAbility to work independently and meet revenue goalsStrong presentation and proposal-building skillsPreferred SkillsExperience in selling YouTube and social media campaignsStrong understanding of digital advertising metrics & performance trackingAbility to create attractive media plans & sponsorship proposalsKnowledge of Hindi/English digital content and current affairsWhat We OfferAttractive revenue-based incentivesRemote working flexibilityIndependence to build your own network and strategiesOpportunity to work with a fast-growing digital news brandFast career growth for high performersHow to ApplyApply directly through and submit the google form-
