Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Consultant/Developer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and consultation, with a strong focus on Sales and Service Cloud implementations.
You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing robust Salesforce solutions, including complex integrations, Apex development, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and ensuring adherence to best practices.
A strong understanding of business processes, data modeling, and the Salesforce sharing model is essential. Experience in the real estate industry is highly preferred.
Responsibilities :
Salesforce Development and Customization :
- Design, develop, and implement custom Salesforce solutions, including Apex triggers, batch classes, and LWC.
- Customize and configure Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud to meet specific business requirements.
- Develop and maintain complex workflows, validation rules, and process builders.
- Ensure code quality, performance, and scalability.
Salesforce Integration :
- Design and implement seamless integrations between Salesforce and external systems (1+ year of experience required).
- Utilize REST and SOAP APIs for data exchange and integration.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration-related issues.
Sales and Service Cloud Implementation :
- Implement and configure Salesforce Sales Cloud for lead management, opportunity tracking, and sales forecasting.
- Implement and configure Salesforce Service Cloud for case management, customer support, and knowledge management.
- Provide expert guidance on best practices for Sales and Service Cloud utilization.
Business Process Analysis and Design :
- Analyze and understand business processes and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope.
- Document business processes and technical specifications.
Data Modeling and Security :
- Design and implement efficient data models and schemas.
- Ensure data integrity and security by implementing appropriate sharing models and security settings.
- Maintain data quality and perform data cleansing activities.
Communication and Collaboration :
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including business users, project managers, and other developers.
- Work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Provide training and support to end-users.
Required Skills and Experience :
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and consultation.
- Strong experience in Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud implementation.
- Proven experience in Salesforce integration (1+ year).
- Hands-on experience in Apex triggers, batch classes, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Strong understanding of Salesforce data modeling, security, and sharing model.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Good understanding of business processes.
Preferred Skills and Experience :
- Experience in the real estate industry.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant).
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning Experience.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments.
- Experience with other clouds such as Marketing Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant Salesforce certifications are highly desirable.
