TCS is looking for IFS Technical Consultant

Desired Experience : 5+ Years

Location : Bhubaneswar/Mumbai/Pune/Gurgaon/Noida.

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience with 2 to 3 end to end implementation experiences in IFS ERP, with at least one implementation experience with IFS Cloud VersionSecure successful implementations, upgrades and ongoing maintenance of IFS applications by providing technical services. Development experience with IEE, IFS Auerna and Base Server.
  • Analyze business system specifications to define automated system requirements
  • Develop and maintain efficient customizations, APIs, interfaces, and reports.
  • Consult with personnel from various departments in order to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems pertaining to IFS and related systems/procedures.
  • Support fit-gap analysis, design and development of enhancements leveraging IFS capabilities.
  • Work with IFS on support cases to troubleshoot and resolve software problems.
  • Proficient in IFS Applications modules, including finance, supply chain management, manufacturing, and human resources.
  • Strong configuration experience of IFS Cloud or one / many older versions support business requirements.
  • Exceptional communication skills, including written, verbal & presentation.
  • IFS application configuration knowledge, Administration, RMBs, Events, Custom Fields, etc.
  • Excellent requirement gathering and documentation skills.
  • Work with IFS on support cases to troubleshoot and resolve software problems.
  • Mentoring other consultants where required.

Good-to-Have

  • Development background
  • Should be familiar with agile methodology.
  • Support and rollout experience.
  • Knowledge in Finance , inventory and procurement module.

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

  • Configure and customize IFS application to meet the business requirement.
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and performing data migration activities.
  • Translate business requirements into workable solutions.
  • Should be creating and maintaining technical documentation for fixes and solutions
  • Co-ordinate with business and stakeholders to implement solution for the issues raised.

Minimum Qualification:

15 years of full-time education.
