The role involves managing two key teams — Dealing and Third-Party Product Distribution — while driving overall branch performance, productivity, and profitability.Key ResponsibilitiesLead, manage, and motivate the Dealing Team to ensure seamless trade execution, client servicing, and compliance.Oversee and drive Third-Party Product Distribution (MF, insurance, bonds, PMS, AIF, etc.) to achieve revenue targets.Ensure consistent growth in branch profitability, productivity, and client activation.Build and maintain strong client relationships to enhance business volumes and cross-selling.Ensure regulatory and compliance adherence as per exchange and internal guidelines.Monitor daily branch operations, resolve escalations, and ensure smooth functioning.Drive training, development, and performance tracking of team members.Identify market opportunities and implement strategies for branch growth.Requirements8–14 years of experience in the stock broking / wealth management / capital markets domain.Strong knowledge of equity dealing, investment products, and regulatory compliance.Proven experience in managing teams and branch operations.Excellent leadership, communication, and client engagement skills.Ability to drive business targets and maintain high service standards.
