As a key member of our Advanced Platforms & Data organization, you'll design and deliver enterprise-grade GenAI solutions that drive scalability, compliance, and business value. Key Responsibilities: Solution Architecture & Delivery : Develop and deploy scalable AI solutions across discovery, development, regulatory, and commercial functions. Business Partnership : Collaborate with stakeholders to identify high-value use cases and translate requirements into technical solutions. Governance & Compliance : Ensure alignment with responsible AI practices and compliance with relevant regulations. Innovation & Ecosystem Engagement : Evaluate and integrate new LLM models, frameworks, and orchestration tools. Leadership & Mentorship : Provide technical guidance to solution teams and build GenAI capability within the organization. Requirements: 12+ years of experience in enterprise IT/solution architecture, including 4+ years in AI/ML and 2+ years in GenAI. Hands-on knowledge of LLMs, vector databases, RAG, and multi-agent systems. Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and AI governance. About Us : Our purpose is to improve and extend people's lives.
