Job Summary :


We are seeking an exceptional Senior UI/UX Designer to lead our design team in Ahmedabad. This strategic role is ideal for a design professional with 5+ years of experience in creating innovative, user-centered digital experiences across web and mobile platforms.

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end design strategy, defining user experience vision and design direction for complex digital products and services.

- Develop comprehensive design systems and design language that ensure consistency and scalability across multiple platforms and products.

- Conduct advanced user research, including in-depth user interviews, usability testing, and comprehensive user journey mapping to drive strategic design decisions.

- Mentor junior designers, providing comprehensive guidance, conducting design reviews, and developing team design capabilities.

- Create sophisticated, high-fidelity wireframes, interactive prototypes, and detailed design
specifications that communicate complex design solutions.

- Drive design innovation by identifying emerging design trends, user behavior patterns, and technological opportunities.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with product management, engineering, and leadership to align design strategy with business objectives and technical feasibility.

- Develop and present complex design proposals to stakeholders, articulating design rationales and potential impact on user experience and business metrics.

- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, setting design standards, timelines, and quality benchmarks.

- Lead creative workshops and design thinking sessions to solve complex user experience challenges.

Skill Sets Required :


- Advanced proficiency in design tools including Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and prototyping tools like Principle or Framer.

- Extensive portfolio demonstrating strategic design thinking and sophisticated user experience solutions.

- Expert-level understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and information architecture.

- Proven track record of designing complex digital products with measurable user experience improvements.

- Strong strategic and analytical skills to translate user insights into innovative design solutions.

- Advanced verbal and visual communication skills with the ability to present and defend design decisions at executive levels.

- Demonstrated experience in designing for multiple platforms (web, mobile, tablet) with a cohesive, adaptive design approach.

- Expertise in design systems, component libraries, and design standardization.

- Deep understanding of front-end technologies and design-to-development workflow.

- Ability to mentor and coach junior designers, fostering a culture of design excellence.

- Advanced knowledge of design trends, emerging technologies, and digital innovation.

Qualifications :


- 5+ years of progressive experience in UI/UX design, with a significant portfolio of complex, high-impact design projects.

- Proven leadership experience in design teams within digital agencies, product companies, or consultancies.

- Strong track record of delivering design solutions that improve user engagement, conversion, and overall product success.

- Published design work, speaking engagements, or significant contributions to the design community are highly valued
