We are looking for passionate Rust Developers to join our core engineering team and help shape the infrastructure that powers Web3’s future.

Role & Responsibilities

As a Rust Developer at Trikon, you will:

  • Design, implement, and optimize Rust-based modules for cross-chain messaging, smart wallet infrastructure, and gas abstraction layers.
  • Work on protocol-level development, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
  • Contribute to building full-stack SDKs and developer tooling (SDX).
  • Collaborate with AI, protocol, and SDK teams to integrate Rust components into the broader Trikon OS.
  • Write clean, testable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.
  • Participate in code reviews, security audits, and peer programming sessions.
  • Stay updated with advancements in Rust, blockchain, and distributed systems.
Requirements
  • 2–5 years of professional software development experience.
  • Strong expertise in Rust (async programming, memory safety, concurrency).
  • Experience with blockchain protocols, smart contracts, or distributed systems.
  • Familiarity with cryptography, consensus mechanisms, or networking.
  • Knowledge of WebAssembly (Wasm), cross-chain frameworks, or Substrate is a plus.
  • Comfortable with Git, CI/CD, and DevOps workflows.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
Nice to Have
  • Contributions to open-source Rust or blockchain projects.
  • Experience with AI-agent frameworks or intent-driven systems.
  • Knowledge of security practices in blockchain (audits, fuzzing, zero-knowledge proofs).
  • Prior experience in Web3 startups or protocol teams.
