Role-Senior Salesforce Apex Developer

Required Technical Skill Set -SFDC Apex, LWC Development, VS Code, Salesforce REST Integration, Sales Cloud

Experience Range-8 to 10 Years

Location-Gurgaon

Desired Competencies:

Must-Have:

  1. Certified SFDC associates 2 certifications minimum (1 Developer + 1 functional (service / sales)
  2. Strong SFDC Apex hands-on and LWC programming skills.
  3. Strong hands-on experience with org & application-level impact analysis and troubleshooting
  4. Deployment experience with best practices.
  5. Strong written & verbal communication skills
  6. Experience of direct customer interfacing and status reporting.
  7. Ability to create basic to medium technical Salesforce design
  8. Ability to balance effort and multi-task across different modules / task tracks as per business/internal need.
  9. Basic familiarity with the deployment process and usage of common deployment tools (Copado, change set, Jenkins).
  10. Ability to query across Salesforce data model and perform analysis. Usage of various tools to extract and analyze data.

Good-to-Have:

  1. Additional Salesforce certifications with hands-on experience
  2. Agile awareness and DevOps practitioner

1 Implement complex Apex programs on Salesforce business instance

2 Go getter aptitude with strong sense of ownership and attention to detail

3 Closely working with junior SFDC teams and own task delivery

5 Defect fixing and change updates as per business feedback

6 Quick problem solver on technical fixes and defects.

7Articulate and present the design to technical lead and external reviewers

8 Ability to interact with integration teams and finalize attribute mappings for end-to-end design.

9 Ability to assist with technical system testing to uphold quality and regression.
