Location: Ahmedabad, IndiaExperience: 1+ YearsDepartment: Operations | Quality Assurance | Graphic DesignEmployment Type: Full-TimeOverviewWe are looking for a Creative Quality Evaluator (Graphic Design) to join our internal review and quality assurance team.This role focuses on evaluating vendor applications for professional-level access and periodically reviewing existing pro-level designers to ensure consistent quality, creativity, and client satisfaction across multiple design categories.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design, branding, web and print design, illustration, or art direction, along with a sharp eye for composition, color balance, typography, and visual storytelling.Key Responsibilities1. PRO EvaluationReview and assess designer portfolios, case studies, and project samples submitted under categories such as:Logo & Brand IdentityWeb & App DesignPrint DesignArt & IllustrationProduct & Gaming DesignMarketing DesignVisual DesignEvaluate based on creativity, technical execution, originality, and market relevance.Collaborate with the Category Leads to update category-specific rubrics and maintain fairness and accuracy.2. PRO Demotion & Quality AuditsPeriodically review the performance of existing Pro vendors.Identify profiles that no longer meet platform quality or activity standards.Prepare structured demotion reports backed by visual and quality evidence.Work closely with vendor success and operations teams to ensure fairness and transparency in quality actions.Required Skill SetCreative & Technical SkillsStrong understanding of design fundamentals: composition, color theory, typography, layout, and hierarchy.Professional experience in one or more of the following:Logo Design, Brand Identity, or Style GuidesWeb & App UI Design (Figma, Adobe XD, Webflow)Print & Packaging Design (Adobe Illustrator, InDesign)Illustration / Digital Art (Procreate, Photoshop, Illustrator)Marketing Creatives & Social Media DesignAnalytical & Evaluation SkillsAbility to critically evaluate portfolios with an unbiased and structured approach.Strong sense of global design trends and category-specific market expectations.Familiarity with creative benchmarking systems or design rating frameworks.Strong visual judgment and ability to identify plagiarism, template usage, or derivative design.Communication & DocumentationExcellent written and verbal communication in English.Ability to draft concise evaluation reports and feedback summaries.Collaborative mindset to work with multi-category review teams and creative directors.Eligibility & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, or equivalent field (preferred but not mandatory).1+ years of experience in a design, art direction, or creative quality assurance role.Prior experience in reviewing portfolios, mentoring designers, or working with creative marketplaces is a plus.Why Join UsWork with a global moderation and quality assurance team.Gain deep exposure to the creative and digital service economy.Opportunity to contribute to improving the quality of professional ecosystems.8 Hours/Day | 5 Days/WeekFlexible work culture that values learning, ownership, and innovation.
