This is a technical role in a team with equally dedicated and passionate Engineers supporting our Cyber Identity and Directory services.

Job Description & Responsibilities:Advanced knowledge of LDAP directories based on ForgeRock Directory services, Oracle DSEE, Azure AD, Virtual Directory solutions as well as hands on experience with cloud infrastructure platforms (ex: AWS/Azure)Ensure Directory Services platforms/infrastructure are secure, compliant, and highly available.Work with the Architecture team to implement and integrate technical solutions.Proactively identify areas of improvements, opportunity for innovations and ways to enhance the directory services environment.Effectively work directly with clients, team members, technical experts, professional staff, and management as needed to deliver new capabilities or provide operational support.Possessing practical experience with the Linux operating system and demonstrating proficiency in fundamental Linux commands, involve installing a few software, patching etc.Have experience in application servers like Apache tomcat, JBoss, WebLogic, WebSphere etc.Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies related to identity and access management.Scripting experience (Bash, PowerShell, JavaScript, Python etc.).Software development experience, understanding of OOP principles, REST APIs, MVC architecture and Java frameworks (Spring).Understanding of load balancers, proxies, and end-to-end encryption architecture.Be self-directed, take the lead on technical escalations and drive incidents or problems until resolution. That involves automation, networking, cloud infrastructure security, and integration with 3rd party products.Develop Architecture documents, requirements, network designs, roadmaps, technology/maintenance/upgrade lifecycle, execution plans, monitoring, and health checks validations, recovery plan, roll back plans, and DR Solutions.Own Root Cause Analysis and Problem Management.Direct the installation, configuration, and maintenance of the Directory platforms.Take part in an after-hours on-call support rotation and implement solutions, patching and deployment activities after hours as needed.Establish and maintain effective relationships with Internal Infrastructure, Application and Business partners to understand needs, use, and systems to facilitate effective IAM solutions.

Qualification:Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.3-5 years of experience in LDAP directories like ForgeRock Directory or Oracle DSEEThis role requires an in-depth knowledge with ForgeRock Directory or Oracle DSEE as well as hands on experience with cloud infrastructure platforms (ex: AWS/Azure)Possess expertise in Linux operating systems, including tasks such as software installation, patching, and more.Possess expertise in utilizing application servers such as Apache Tomcat, JBoss, WebLogic, WebSphere, and others.Proficient in one of the known programming and scripting language (Python, Bash, Java, JavaScript etc.)Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Self-directed with excellent communication and documentation skills and teamwork abilities.#HYDIT #LI-Hybrid
