This role requires strong leadership skills along with deep hands-on technical expertise in embedded systems development.🔧 Role Overview:Lead and mentor embedded engineering teams.Architect and deliver end-to-end HW + FW solutions.Ensure system reliability, performance, and scalability.Drive technical decisions and enforce engineering best practices.🧠 Key Skills & Experience:✅ 18+ years of experience in Embedded Systems✅ Strong in C / C++, RTOS, Embedded Linux✅ Hands-on with ARM, PIC, STM32, NXP architectures✅ Knowledge of industrial protocols: Modbus, CAN, Profibus, Ethernet/IP✅ Debugging using JTAG, logic analyzers, oscilloscopes✅ Exposure to IoT / IIoT is a plus✅ B1 Visa required🎓 Qualification:BE / B.Tech / ME / M.Tech in ECE, EEE, Instrumentation, or Computer EngineeringPlease share your CV to susmitha.n@tekshiras.com
