You will play a key role in establishing collaborations, managingstakeholder relationships, and driving institutional engagement.Key Responsibilities:● Identify and approach potential corporate partners for collaborations● Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate stakeholders● Coordinate campus placement drives, training programs, and recruitment activities● Develop proposals and presentations for corporate partnerships● Organize and manage corporate events, workshops, and seminars● Negotiate partnership terms and agreements● Maintain database of corporate contacts and track engagement activities● Prepare regular reports on partnership outcomes and opportunitiesRequirements:● 1-2 years of experience in corporate relations, business development, or similar roles● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills● Strong networking and relationship management abilities● Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)● Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities● Professional demeanor and presentation skills● Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field● Experience in educational institutions or training organizations preferredWhat We Offer:● Salary package of ₹2.5 - 3.0 LPA● Opportunity to build extensive corporate network● Professional development opportunities● Supportive work environment
