About Our Client

Our client is a renowned player in the FMCG industry, particularly in the food sector

Job Description

Formulate and implement effective sales strategies for rural markets.
Manage a large sales team, mentoring them to achieve sales targets.
Identify and cultivate relationships with potential key accounts in rural markets.
Analyze market trends and competitors' activities to devise effective sales plans.
Work closely with the marketing team to implement sales promotional activities.
Conduct regular market visits to ensure excellent customer service and maintain relationships with existing clients.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
Collaborate with supply chain management to ensure product availability in rural markets.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:

Minimum 10-13 years of overall experience in FMCG sales
Experience of 5 years leading a team
Open to Bangalore as a location
Tier 1/2 MBA in sales and marketing is a necessity
Candidate should come with experience - selling to national geo / working in Food - FMCG / dealing with FMCG industry
