Experience: 5 to 8 yearslocation: BangaloreNotice period: Immediate JoinersJob SummaryThe Specialist cloud Infra Engineer MS Office 365 supports the ADC Microsoft 365 environment with emphasis on Office 365 Exchange server onpremises and Online platforms configuration management security and compliance controls This role will be responsible for Office 365 services including Exchange Online SharePoint Online Teams OneDrive and other related applications The Specialist cloud Infra Engineer MS Office 365 will troubleshoot issues perform system updates and patch management managing user accounts permissions and licenses monitoring system performance ensuring data security and compliance and provide enduser support The role must have strong problemsolving skills excellent communication abilities and a proactive approach to system managementResponsibilities Manage and support Office 365 services including Exchange Online SharePoint Online Teams and OneDrive Monitor system performance and ensure optimal operation of Office 365 environment Manage user accounts permissions and licenses Implement and maintain security policies and compliance measures Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Office 365 services Plan and execute migrations updates and integrations with other systems Provide enduser support and training for Office 365 applications Collaborate with other IT professionals to implement best practices Develop and maintain documentation for Office 365 configurations and procedures Stay updated with the latest Office 365 features and updates Ensure data backup and recovery processes are in place and tested Manage and configure Office 365 groups and distribution lists Monitor and manage Office 365 service health and incident management Implement and manage multifactor authentication and other security measures Coordinate with Microsoft support for issue resolution and service requests Responds promptly to all requests for assistance and prioritizes and completes requests with a high level of customer service and within expected timeframes andor service level agreements SLAs Adhere to operational technical procedures and policies Ensure the CAB process is adhered to and agreed processes are followed Required Knowledge Skills Strong understanding of Office 365 services and applications Experience with Exchange Online SharePoint Online Teams and OneDrive Knowledge of PowerShell scripting for Office 365 administration Familiarity with security and compliance features in Office 365 Excellent problemsolving and troubleshooting skills Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience with data migration and integration projects Knowledge of networking and Active Directory Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
