🔹 Position: Data Integration Engineer📍 Location: Kharadi, Pune (Hybrid))🕒 Experience: 5+ Years📅 Immediate Joiners PreferredAbout the RoleZywave is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Data Integration Engineer to develop, maintain, and optimize integrations between Salesforce and other business systems, including Zywave products, ERP platforms, and internal tools.This role is crucial in ensuring seamless data flow, system interoperability, and operational efficiency across the organization.You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and reliable integration solutions that support business operations and data-driven decision-making.Key ResponsibilitiesIntegration Development & Maintenance:Design, build, and maintain integrations between Salesforce and other systems. Ensure performance optimization, scalability, and data consistency.Data Flow Monitoring & Troubleshooting:Monitor data pipelines and integration processes. Diagnose and resolve issues promptly to maintain data accuracy and minimize business disruption.Collaboration & Requirements Gathering:Partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand integration needs and translate them into effective technical solutions.Documentation & Best Practices:Create and maintain documentation for integration processes, workflows, and data mappings. Enforce best practices for data management and ETL standards.Continuous Improvement:Identify opportunities to improve integration performance, reliability, and efficiency.
