Remote Bookkeeper – QuickBooks

We’re hiring a skilled Bookkeeper with at least 5 years of experience supporting U.S. accounting operations. You’ll manage bookkeeping, reconciliations, and reporting for multiple clients using QuickBooks Online and Xero. This role suits someone who’s detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working independently across time zones.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, bank statements, and credit cardsRecord daily transactions in QuickBooks or Xero with 100% accuracyPrepare monthly financial statements and management reportsManage accounts payable, receivable, and vendor paymentsSupport payroll, invoicing, and expense managementCollaborate with U.S. CPAs and finance managers during month-end and year-end closeEnsure compliance with U.S. accounting standards and best practicesWhat You’ll Bring5+ years of bookkeeping experience for U.S.-based companiesStrong hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online and XeroClear understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial workflowsExcellent communication skills and high attention to detailAbility to work independently, manage deadlines, and handle multiple clientsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred)Bonus SkillsExperience with Gusto, Bill.com, Dext, or similar accounting toolsFamiliarity with tax preparation or CPA coordination
