We are seeking an experienced Sales Specialist to join our team, focusing on institutional and corporate sales of geospatial equipment like 3D Laser Scanners, Drones, DGPS and Total Station survey equipment. The ideal candidate should have strong technical understanding of surveying technologies and applications, combined with exceptional sales skills to grow our business across diverse surveying sectors.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute sales strategies for 3D Laser Scanners, Drones, DGPS and Total Station equipment targeting institutional and corporate clientsBuild and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at surveying companies, construction firms, government agencies, and educational institutionsIdentify new market opportunities and expand presence in existing marketsConduct product demonstrations highlighting the technical capabilities and applications of our survey equipmentProvide technical consultation to clients regarding appropriate equipment selection based on their specific surveying needsCollaborate with the technical team to customize solutions for complex surveying requirementsNegotiate contracts and manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closureMeet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targetsStay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging surveying technologiesDocument client interactions and maintain accurate sales records in our CRM systemRequired QualificationsBachelor's or Diploma in Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or related technical field3+ years of successful sales experience in Geospatial equipment or related technical productsKnowledge of various surveying applications including topographic surveys, construction staking, boundary surveys, and GIS data collectionExcellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiencesStrong negotiation and closing skills with a proven track record of meeting sales targetsExperience with CRM software and sales management toolsWillingness to travel regularly to client sites for demonstrations and meetings
