About Us:HT Syndicate is India’s #1 Sales System-Building Agency.We help Coaches, Consultants, and Agency Owners scale from 1 L – 20 L per month using powerful sales systems, automations, and predictable client-acquisition frameworks.We’re expanding fast — and we’re looking for a Tech & Operations Assistant who can keep our backend smooth, efficient, and scalable as we grow.About the Role:We’re hiring a Tech & Operations Assistant to support our internal teams and client onboarding workflows. You’ll be the operational and automation engine behind your designated pod (team unit), responsible for maintaining performance across client accounts and keeping the backend running smoothly.Key Responsibilities:Client Onboarding & Delivery SupportSet up new clients inside our CRM (Go High Level) following SOPs.Connect funnels, calendars, automations, and dashboards to go live within deadlines.Ensure smooth transition from sales to onboarding to delivery.Tech & Automation ManagementBuild, test, and maintain automations using Make (Integromat) or Zapier.Troubleshoot and resolve tech issues (CRM errors, email integrations, automations, etc.).Integrate Google Calendars, WhatsApp, Meta Ads, and CRMs for complete workflow sync.Internal OperationsSupport the Media, Client Success, and Sales pods with reports, trackers, and CRM hygiene.Maintain accountability dashboards, sheets, and automations for daily performance.Record and update SOPs with Loom videos for repeatable execution.Communication & CollaborationProvide daily updates inside Slack.Collaborate closely with pod leaders to ensure client satisfaction and system uptime.Proactively flag gaps, bugs, or inefficiencies and suggest improvements.Skills & Tools Required:Knowledge of CRM's like Go High Level (or similar CRM).Working knowledge of Zapier / Make (Integromat) for automations.Proficiency in Google Sheets (formulas, reporting, dashboards).Excellent written + spoken English.Strong organisational & problem-solving mindset.Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.Who are you?:A resourceful problem-solver who loves systems and hates bottlenecks.Obsessed with operational excellence and precision.Calm under pressure, fast with implementation.A lifelong learner who’s hungry to grow inside a fast-moving ecosystem.Perks & Growth Opportunities:Work directly with the Founder & Core Team at HT Syndicate.Exposure to world-class systems across sales, automation, and client delivery.Fast-track career path toward Operations Manager / Automation Specialist roles.Performance-linked incentives and a growth-based learning environment.
