The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in marketing bench consultants, managing relationships with Tier-1 vendors, direct clients, and implementation partners, and achieving consistent placement targets.Key Responsibilities:Market and place bench consultants (H1B, OPT, CPT, EAD, GC, and USC) with direct clients, Tier-1 vendors, and implementation partners.Identify and pursue new business opportunities by leveraging an existing vendor network and building strong client relationships.Negotiate contract terms, rates, and placement conditions to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.Manage the complete sales cycle — from consultant marketing, interview coordination, and offer negotiation to onboarding.Maintain a detailed record of submissions, interviews, offers, and placements in internal databases or Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).Collaborate with HR, immigration, and compliance teams for documentation and onboarding processes.Regularly communicate with consultants regarding new job openings, interview feedback, and placement updates.Required Skills & Qualifications:Experience: 2–6 years of proven experience as a Bench Sales Recruiter in US IT Staffing / US Recruitment.Strong understanding of US Visa Classifications (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, EAD, USC).Tier-1 Vendor Network: Proven track record of working with major Tier-1 US IT staffing vendors and implementation partners.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency with job portals (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, TechFetch) and social media platforms (, Facebook, Twitter).Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools.Ability to work under pressure in a target-driven environment and achieve submission/placement goals.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and multitasking ability.Why Join Us:✅ Competitive base salary with attractive incentives and performance bonuses.✅ Supportive and growth-oriented work environment.✅ Opportunity to work with an experienced and collaborative US IT staffing team.Apply Now: If you are passionate about US Bench Sales and have a proven record in consultant marketing, send your updated resume today
