Key Responsibilities :HR Management for Dubai-based Client & Outpost• Contract Management: Draft, review, and manage employee contracts.• Payroll Coordination: Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely salary disbursement.• Compliance & Administration: Oversee medical insurance, employee records, and adherence to labor laws.• Onboarding & Offboarding: Manage the entire employee lifecycle, including orientation, documentation, on-boarding activities and exit formalities.• Performance Management: Assist in developing and implementing performance evaluation frameworks.• Statutory Compliance: Liaise with EPF, ESIC, and other regulatory bodies for HR compliance. EmployeeEngagement & HR Operations :• Team Engagement & Welfare: Drive initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and workplace culture.• Event & Travel Coordination: Organize team-building outings and corporate events, ensuring smooth execution.• HR Compliance & Record Maintenance: Maintain employee files as per company policies and legal regulations.• Automation & Process Improvement: Implement HR process automation with a cost-benefit approach.Must-Have Skills & Qualifications:• Strong knowledge of HR policies, compliance requirements, and statutory regulations.• Experience in contract drafting, documentation management, and employee record-keeping.• Proficiency in payroll processing and working with finance teams.• Hands-on experience in medical insurance, employee benefits, and administrative management.• Excellent communication, employee engagement, and conflict resolution skills.• Event planning and execution experience, including travel coordination.• Proficiency in HRMS tools and Microsoft Office Suite.• Strong problem-solving abilities and an ethical mindset.Professional Development: We are committed to fostering the professional growth of our employees.
