ServiceNow Architect/Lead/Developer

Main Priorities: Design, develop, and implement custom solutions on the ServiceNow platform using JavaScript, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow APIs.Configure and customize modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, CMDB, and Knowledge Management.Develop UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts, Business Rules, and Script Includes as per business requirements.Create and maintain Integration solutions using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, and IntegrationHub.Work on Service Portal customization and workflow automation using Flow Designer or legacy workflows.Support upgrades, patches, and testing ensuring minimal impact on existing functionalities.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, perform impact analysis, and translate them into technical specifications.Participate in code reviews, documentation, and platform governance activities.Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.Skills/ Knowledge:4–5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development and administration.Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data model, and platform capabilities.Expertise in JavaScript, Glide API, HTML/CSS, and AngularJS (for Service Portal).Experience in developing Workflows / Flow Designer flows and Orchestration integrations.Good understanding of ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, or ITBM modules.Knowledge of CMDB and Discovery processes is an advantage.Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and CI/CD practices for ServiceNow (e.g., Git, Jenkins, ATF).ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification preferred.
