Our goal is to empower stakeholders in the life sciences industry with robust solutions tailored to their needs.Role DescriptionWe are looking for a Microsoft 365 & Device Management Administrator to support our US clientele. This role combines Endpoint Management, Microsoft 365 Administration, and IT Operations responsibilities. The ideal candidate to have hands-on experience with M365, Intune, device compliance, and enterprise support in a managed or enterprise environment. The selected candidate to take ownership of day-to-day IT operations, ensuring reliable, secure, and compliant system management aligned with HITRUST/NIST standards.Key ResponsibilitiesDevice Management:Administer Microsoft Intune and Apple Business Manager for all company-issued devices.Implement and maintain HITRUST/NIST-aligned configuration baselines and security compliance policies.Maintain and optimize Autopilot and Apple ADE enrollment workflows.Ensure endpoint patch compliance and resolve non-compliance issues promptly.Microsoft 365 & Cloud AdministrationManage all Microsoft 365 services: Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive.Collaborate with personnel on SharePoint redesign projects and automation initiatives.Oversee license allocation, access reviews, and tenant configuration updates.Maintain Conditional Access, MFA, and data compliance policies.Provide regular system health, patch, and usage reports to IT leadership.Enterprise Applications & Vendor CoordinationServe as the technical liaison for enterprise applications.Coordinate vendor escalations, patch testing, and change control documentation.Maintain application configuration documentation and uptime dashboards.IT Documentation & GovernanceMaintain IT SOPs, build guides, and operational playbooks.Track the lifecycle of assets and licenses for audit readiness.Provide quarterly operational and compliance reports to IT leadership.Ensure full adherence to organisational data security, confidentiality, and compliance standards.Required Skills & Experience4+ years of IT experience across the highlighted responsibilities aboveStrong knowledge of Microsoft 365 Administration (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).Hands-on with Microsoft Intune, Apple Business Manager (Apple cloud), Conditional Access, and MFA.Experience managing device compliance, patching, and asset tracking.Skilled in Active Directory, Entra ID, Windows Server, and Azure-based identity management.Proficient in PowerShell scripting for automation and reporting.Strong understanding of enterprise security, cloud operations, and ITIL-based service management.Excellent written and spoken English, with strong documentation and communication skills.Prior experience in an enterprise or MSP environment supporting global users preferred.Preferred CertificationsIntune Administrator, Azure Foundation and architectural is a plus.HITRUST or NIST-aligned compliance experience is a plus.Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, Messaging Administrator Associate, or equivalent.ITIL Foundation Certification.CompTIA (Network+, Security+, or Cloud+).Why Join UsOpportunity to work with a global life sciences organization with modern cloud-based infrastructure.Exposure to enterprise-grade applications, security frameworks, and automation-driven IT operations.Collaborative work culture with knowledge-sharing and skill development opportunities.
