We are a fast-growing email marketing agency working with D2C and e-commerce brands. Our focus is on strategy, creative design, and execution of email campaigns that drive growth. We are looking for a motivated Marketing Trainee who is eager to learn, take initiative, and grow into a full-time role with us.
// Role Overview
This is a 2-month trainee program designed to give you hands-on exposure to both email marketing and project management . You’ll learn the fundamentals, assist in live projects, and work closely with our team. At the end of the program, based on performance and strengths, you’ll move into a full-time role in either Email Marketing or Project Management .
// What You’ll Do During Training
- Assist in planning and execution of email marketing campaigns.
- Learn to use email marketing platforms (Klaviyo, Omnisend).
- Shadow senior team to understand client workflows and coordination.
- Support in maintaining marketing calendars, timelines, and reporting.
- Conduct research on brands, markets, and campaign strategies.
- Collaborate with designers and copywriters to deliver marketing assets.
//After Training: Career Tracks
1. Email Marketing (Execution + Strategy)
- Manage end-to-end campaigns, from setup to reporting.
- Optimize flows, automations, and A/B tests.
- Analyze data to improve performance.
- Collaborate with creative teams to build engaging campaigns.
2. Project Management (Coordination + Delivery)
- Own project timelines and ensure deliverables are met.
- Coordinate between strategy, creative, and technical teams.
- Handle client communications and reporting.
- Streamline internal processes for smoother execution.
//What We’re Looking For
- Recent Post Graduate or MBA in Marketing.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Eager to learn, adaptable, and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable with both creative tasks and structured project work.
- Interest in e-commerce, D2C, and digital marketing.
