Lead Creative Strategist

About the Role
This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, storytelling expertise, and leadership to drive engaging digital content across multiple platforms.
The ideal candidate is a master of both long-form and short-form copy, with a proven ability to create compelling scripts for platforms such as Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and CRM communications.
As the Lead Creative Strategist, you will lead and mentor a team of 5-6 copywriters and content creators, ensuring that every piece of content aligns with brand messaging and platform-specific best practices.
You will champion creative thinking within the organization, setting the vision for storytelling that resonates with audiences and drives engagement.
Key Strategy & Develop and execute a forward-thinking content strategy that aligns with business goals and audience engagement objectives.
- Lead a team of copywriters and content creators to produce high-impact digital scripts and copy.
- Ensure that all content reflects the brand voice and is tailored for the medium and audience.
- Drive a culture of innovation, encouraging fresh storytelling approaches and creative risk-taking.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, design, and production teams to deliver cohesive campaigns.
Content Development & Execution
- Craft compelling scripts, taglines, and messaging that captivate and convert.
- Stay up to date with platform trends, audience behaviors, and best practices to create relevant and impactful content.
- Implement a strong content review process, ensuring high-quality output from the team.
Team Leadership & Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of 5-6 writers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Provide constructive feedback and professional development opportunities for team members.
- Allocate and prioritize work effectively to meet deadlines and business objectives.
Performance & Work closely with data and analytics teams to measure content effectiveness and optimize future campaigns.
- Leverage audience insights to refine messaging and creative approaches.
- Continuously iterate content strategies based on performance metrics and emerging industry & 5+ years of experience in creative strategy, content marketing, or copywriting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Demonstrated ability to create engaging digital scripts for short-form and long-form content; If you have been an Influencer yourself , we would love to have you.
- Strong understanding of social media and digital platforms, particularly Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and CRM channels.
- Proven experience in managing and mentoring a team of writers/content creators.
- Exceptional storytelling, scriptwriting, and brand messaging skills.
- Ability to balance creativity with data-driven decision-making.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
