Job Title: SailPoint ISC & IIQ Engineer / Consultant

Location: Remote (Offshore)

Type: 6+ Months Contract

Position Overview

We are seeking experienced SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) and/or IdentityIQ (IIQ) Engineers to join our team. The role involves working on either a greenfield SailPoint ISC implementation or enhancement and stabilization of an existing SailPoint IIQ environment. Candidates will be evaluated for the most suitable assignment based on skills and experience.

Key Responsibilities

For SailPoint ISC Assignment:

  • Lead and execute greenfield SailPoint ISC implementations.
  • Configure and integrate ISC with enterprise systems and applications.
  • Develop workflows, provisioning policies, and access certifications.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with identity governance best practices.

For SailPoint IIQ Assignment:

  • Enhance and stabilize existing SailPoint IIQ deployments.
  • Perform configuration changes, policy updates, and bug fixes.
  • Support and maintain provisioning, workflows, and integrations.
  • Troubleshoot issues and optimize performance.
  • Work closely with business and technical teams to meet IAM requirements.

Required Qualifications

  • Proven hands-on engineering experience with either SailPoint ISC or SailPoint IIQ.
  • Certification (Professional or Engineer) in SailPoint ISC, IDN, or IIQ (current and valid).
  • Strong knowledge of identity governance, lifecycle management, and role-based access control.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with global teams.
  • Experience working in remote, offshore environments.

  • Assignment 1: SailPoint ISC – Greenfield Implementation.
  • Assignment 2: SailPoint IIQ – Enhancement & Stabilization.
