Location : PAN India.
Experience : 12+ years.
Notice Period : Immediate to 30 days.
Primary Responsibility :
- Exposure and knowledge of various Low Code No Code platforms (MS PowerApps, OutSystems, Appian etc. ) and RPA (Power Automate, UiPath etc.
- Ability to act as a consulting partner to potential customer to guide them on their Automation / Low Code No Code journey, should be able to articulate a comparative view of various LCNC platforms and RPA tools .
- Ability to lead and anchor RFP solutions, hire right talents to scale and grow practice.
- Strong networking and collaboration skills to work with various industry verticals to develop go to market solutions/ PoVs.
- Design end-to-end solutions in Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Work with development teams to establish and maintain Power Platform technology.
- Work independently as well as in teams to deliver solutions to clients.
- Lead and participate in business development and pre-sales activities.
Must-Have :
- Power Platform architecture (+ Dynamics 365), customization, and low-code implementation.
- Work experience: 15-20 years,.
- Relevant experience: Power Platform: 3-4 years, SharePoint: 5-6 years.
- Should have experience in Office 365, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, Nintex, SharePoint On-Prem Migration to SharePoint Online, Dynamics 365.
- Must have performed in client-facing roles Strong Communication Skills - Leadership Skills - Team handling Skills, Analytical Skills, Presentation Skills.
- Microsoft Certified for Power Platform.
Nice-To-Have :
- Experience in Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, SharePoint On-Prem - 2010/2013.
- Experience in Microsoft Teams Integration, Power Shell, Migrator tool like Metalogix / ShareGate, SPFx - Angular/React.
