Job Title: Placement & Training Coordinator


Department: Training & Placement Cell

Reports To: Head – Training & Placement / Dean (as applicable)


Job Summary:


Brainware University is seeking a dynamic and resourceful individual with strong communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with students and faculty. The candidate should be smart, proactive, and capable of training students for placements, as well as coordinating with various departments to facilitate sessions, workshops, and internships.


Key Responsibilities Areas:

  • Train and mentor students in communication, soft skills, and interview preparation for placement drives.
  • Organize and conduct workshops, mock interviews, group discussions, and aptitude sessions.
  • Collaborate with faculty and departments to plan and schedule training sessions, guest lectures, and industry interactions.
  • Coordinate internship programs by liaising with industry partners and academic departments.
  • Assist in building and maintaining strong industry relationships for student placement opportunities.
  • Monitor student progress and provide feedback for improvement in placement readiness.
  • Maintain proper documentation and reports of training activities, sessions, and placement statistics.

  • Knowledge of current industry trends, placement requirements, and employability skills.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in English, Management, HR, Training & Development, or related field.
  • Prior experience in student training, placement coordination, or corporate communication preferred.
  • Freshers with exceptional communication and organizational skills may also apply.
