Position: Site Engineer

Location: Mumbai

Experience: 5+ Years

Qualification: BE (Electrical)

Industry: Contracting (Commercial, Residential, Retail, Hospitality)

We are looking for an experienced and technically sound Electrical Site Engineer to supervise and manage electrical site works. The candidate must ensure quality, safety, and timely execution of all electrical activities at our project sites.

Key Responsibilities:

Site supervision: Supervise other contractors and ensure compliance with project specifications and safety standards.

Installation verification : Verify that electrical installations meet project specifications, codes, and regulations.

Testing and commissioning : Conduct testing and commissioning of electrical systems to ensure proper function and safety.

Quality control : Implement quality control measures to ensure high standards of electrical work.

Site Coordination : Coordinate with other site engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project progress and resolution of issues.

Problem solving: Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide solutions to ensure project timeline and budget adherence.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of site activities testing, and commissioning.

Safety management : Ensure compliance with electrical safety procedures and protocols.

Team management : Lead and mentor junior engineers and electrician.

Skills Required:

Strong proficiency in MS Office, Excel and AutoCAD.

Excellent analytical, communication & documentation skills.

Working Days: 6 Days (Alternate Saturdays Off)

CTC: ₹5 LPA

Reporting To: Project Head
