Job Overview

We are seeking a Soft Skills Trainer to join our team at EASA College Of Engineering & Technology in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. This is a full-time position aimed at junior level professionals with 1 to 3 years of work experience. The selected candidate will be responsible for grooming our students in essential soft skills to enhance their employability and personal development.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven experience of 1 to 3 years in a similar role, preferably in an educational institution or corporate training setting
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information
  • Empathy to understand and address the individual needs and concerns of students
  • Adaptability to customize training programs according to varying student profiles and requirements
  • Active listening skills to ensure comprehensive understanding of student queries and feedback
  • Strong problem-solving abilities to address challenges and obstacles during training sessions
  • Time management skills to effectively plan and deliver training modules within the stipulated time frame
  • Interpersonal skills to foster a supportive and engaging learning environment

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Conduct soft skills training sessions for students to improve their communication, teamwork, and leadership abilities
  • Develop training materials and resources tailored to the needs of different student groups
  • Assess the progress of students through evaluations and provide feedback for improvement
  • Collaborate with faculty members to integrate soft skills training into the overall curriculum
  • Organize workshops, seminars, and webinars to enhance the learning experience of students
  • Encourage and motivate students to actively participate in training activities
  • Maintain records of training sessions and prepare reports on student performance
