Here’s what will help you thrive in this role:Python Wizardry: Strong proficiency in Python, with hands-on experience in multithreading, concurrency, and web frameworks (Django, Flask, FastAPI, etc.).Modern Dev Practices: Familiarity with Git/GitLab, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).Systems Know-How: Comfort with caching systems (Redis), message queues (Kafka, Celery), and asynchronous tools (Asyncio, WebSockets). AI & ML Enthusiasm:Understanding of NLP concepts and libraries (NLTK, spaCy).Exposure to Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, and frameworks like LangChain.Bonus if you’ve built machine learning solutions or experimented with AI coding assistants (Copilot, ChatGPT, Tabnine, Ghostwriter).Data Handling Skills: Knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and ORM tools (SQLAlchemy).
