Content Strategy & PlanningBuild and own the entire content roadmap aligned with SEO goals (40–40K plan).Conduct in-depth SEO keyword research, topic cluster creation, and competitor analysis.Define content clusters around:Solid wood / teakwood furnitureLuxury / designer furnitureCustomisationFurniture for architects, HNIs, real estate, hospitality, offices2. Content Production & Quality ManagementGuide and manage internal writers + external agencies.Produce or supervise blogs, buying guides, comparison articles, cluster hubs, pillar pages, and city landing pages.Ensure all content is:Optimised for keywordsHigh E-E-A-T (expertise, authority, trust)Factually accurateStrongly differentiating Alankaram3. On-Page SEO ExcellenceImplement best practices:Internal linking architectureSchema markup planningCanonical optimisationHeader structureImage SEOPage-level SEO scoringWork with the SEO Manager for technical issue resolutions.4. Authority Building & Link Acquisition SupportWork closely with the Off-Page Manager to plan:Linkable assetsPR-driven articlesGuest postsFurniture trend reportsResearch-based content piecesEnsure every major content piece contributes to improving Domain Rating.5. Tracking, Reporting & OptimizationMeasure performance on:Keyword rankingsTopic cluster growthOrganic traffic by page typeConversion from SEOVelocity of content productionPresent weekly & monthly performance reports for Project 40–40K.6.
